Advice that makes the difference
At Ely & District Citizens Advice Bureau we can give you free and independent advice and information on a wide range of subjects. Our advice is given professionally by fully trained voluntary and paid staff.
Working Together
Together we can work to sort out any debt worries you may have, and claim all the benefits you might be entitled to. We can offer advice and help with many matters including legal, housing, consumer, and employment. We can answer questions about immigration and we have lots of experience on family and personal matters.
Strictly Confidential
At Ely & District Citizens Advice Bureau we provide a confidential service to those seeking advice or information. Nothing learned during the course of dealing with you, including the fact that an inquiry has been made, will be passed to anyone outside the service without your express permission. Interviews are held in private, you will not have to state the nature of your enquiry in front of others, and any referrals are made only with your knowledge and consent.
Practical Help
As well as giving information and advice we can often give practical help, for instance with filling out forms. We also help people in courts and at tribunals.
